These General Booking Terms apply between EcoAdventure Sverige AB and the Customer when booking and participating in any of the services provided by EcoAdventure
.These booking terms form part of the Customer’s agreement with EcoAdventure. Should the Customer and
EcoAdventure agree in writing on a deviation from these General Terms and Conditions,
the Customer’s and EcoAdventure’s separate written agreement shall prevail over these General Booking Terms and Conditions.
Agreements regarding EcoAdventure’s expenses for the Customer during the trip may, with deviation from this provision, be made orally with binding effect.

Cancellation & Rebooking

More than 10 days before tour
Up to 10 days before tour: Cancellation is refunded 100% of payment paid (Not including Rebooking Insurance)
Rebooking possible
Shorter than 10 days before tour
Without Rebooking Insurance
No refund, not possible to move booking.
With Rebooking Insurance
9-3 days before tour: In case of cancellation, 75% of the payment paid is refunded (Not cost of Rebooking Insurance)
9-3 days before tour: Rebooking possible with rebooking insurance
Less than 3 days before tour, no refund will be made if cancellation is made, Not possible to rebook
The rebooking insurance 195 SEK is not refundable
Ecoadventure cancels
If the guide considers it inappropriate to carry out the tour due to weather conditions, the guest will be offered an alternative or refund.
It is always the guide who decides whether the conditions are inappropriate. The guest must therefore have appropriate clothing for the activities.
Booking, payment and confirmation
When booking online, the Customer enters into an agreement with EcoAdventure where these General Terms and Conditions apply when the Customer places an order in EcoAdventure’s selected booking system and completes the purchase by choosing the payment method card payment or Swish.
Card payment
When booking online, you confirm your booking by providing your card details to complete the booking. This means that the full amount will be charged to your bank or credit card in connection with the purchase.
Travel insurance
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have adequate travel insurance for the entire trip. Review your insurance coverage and make sure that you have comprehensive travel insurance that covers illness and accidents as well as return transportation.
Any compensation claims
Compensation claims that arise during the activity must be reported immediately. This is done primarily to your guide/instructor on the activity and secondarily to the booking at EcoAdventure: hi@ecoadventure.se.
If you have failed to seek correction during your stay in Säfsen and have thus not given EcoAdventure the opportunity to correct any deficiencies, you cannot subsequently claim compensation. If you are still not satisfied with the
compensation/replacement, this must be reported in writing to EcoAdventure as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after your return home.
Compensation in the event of an accident
Personal injury that occurs due to an accident during an EcoAdventure arrangement shall be covered by the Customer’s own insurance company. You should check what insurance coverage you have before departure.
Customer’s liability to EcoAdventure
Customer is liable for damages to materials, vehicles, equipment, etc. that occur due to someone in your party being careless/under the influence of alcohol.
Image rights
During our tours, you may be photographed or filmed for commercial purposes and you are obliged to inform us if you do not approve of this. All material is the property of EcoAdventure and we reserve the right to use the material in order to inspire more guests to try our activities.
Personal data
We process our Customers’ personal data. Our personal data processing is in accordance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). We process our Customers’ personal data in order to:
Fulfill our agreement with you and be able to provide you with the service you have ordered and; Fulfill our accounting obligations according to the accounting law in force at any time and
Data in the booking system is automatically deleted after 2 years if no new booking is received.
Exemption of EcoAdventure from liability in case of Force Majeure
Force Majeure means unusual, unforeseeable and unavoidable events beyond the control of the organizer (EcoAdventure), which constitute an obstacle to the trip being carried out. These are events that the organizer could not reasonably have been expected to have counted on when the agreement was concluded and whose consequences it could not reasonably have avoided or overcome, including but not limited to war, threat of war, riot, civil disobedience or strike, government action, terrorist act, natural or industrial disaster, volcanic eruption, fire, severe weather conditions, water levels in rivers or floods, closure of airports and lift systems, etc. and may also include labor disputes involving third parties, technical or maintenance problems or unforeseen operational decisions by airlines such as changes in schedules or disruptions in the IT infrastructure (including but not limited to our website).
Under these circumstances, EcoAdventure is free from liability for damages or other penalties.
Should a force majeure situation arise during ongoing travel arrangements, you, as a traveler, will be responsible for your own additional costs for, for example, additional trips and replacement accommodation, etc.
Companies & Invoices
New corporate customers pay in advance.
Returning corporate customers are invoiced with 25% in advance and the remainder in arrears with a 30-day payment period.
A cancellation fee of 100% is charged for cancellations 28 days or less before the event
Returning travel agents can apply for their own corporate agreement with separate terms and conditions.
